Udang Masak microwave

Rasa macam tak kena pulak tajuk entry aku kali ni . Selalunya udang masak cili atau udang masak kunyit , tapi udang masak microwave tu macam mana pulak. Cara masak udang macam ni sebenarnya ialah cara yang paling senang dan bagi aku yang paling sedap untuk masak udang . Sebenarnya cara memasak macam ni dapat mengekalkan rasa asli udang tersebut . Kalau kita tanya orang jepun kenapa diaorang suka makan ikan mentah , diaorg akan jawab yang memasak akan menghancurkan rasa asli ikan tersebut .
kalau nak masak udang dengan cara yang begini sila pastikan udang yang dipilih segar . Masukkan kedalam microwave dan guna setting medium high selama 3.5 minit .Pastikan setting jangan terlalu tinggi dan masa jangan terlalu lama kalau tidak udang tersebut akan kering . Kalau ada bekas microwave yang berpenutup lebih baik sebab boleh pastikan kelembapan udang tak hilang . Memang sedap kalau buat macam ni sebab isi udang secara semula jadi memang manis dan tak perlu letak apa-apa perasa.

Thaipusam @ Batu Caves , Selangor


Tahun ni rasanya jumlah pelancong makin bertambah di batu caves. Photographer pun makin ramai tak macam dulu . Sempat masuk sampai ke kaki bukit saja sebab orang terlalu ramai . Akan cuba lagi tahun depan sebab teringin nak tahu apa yang berlaku di dalam gua batu caves semasa waktu thaipusam.

The main reason for creating SUKA JALAN-JALAN is to immortalised the memory of my life and my travel from being lost . I have trouble memorising name , date , address and small details . For example , the only phone number that i remember was my wife phone number , other than that is blank . Whenever i left my handphone behind and i need to call my father , i will always call my wife first to ask her the number and then only will i call my father.

Chiang Mai was our first overseas trip as husband and wife . We went there for our honeymoon and it was partly sponsored by my father . I can't remember the hotel name but i do remember that it was located next to the night market and next to the craft plaza. We went there in december and the temperature was a bit cool at 24Ç . I had travel extensively throughout thailand by land and for me chiang mai is the best. It had the subtlety of being a tourist magnet without having too much publicity. What we love about chiang mai is the night market and the cool weather , especially in december . Our hotel is located next to starbucks and the nightmarket and we would spent the night 'lepak' at the starbuck while immersing ourselves in the night market atmosphere . It feels like a street cafe in Paris with the residual noise of "aroi" and "sawadee kap" in the back ground.

From the airport we had chartered a taxi for sightseeing . I can't remember how much but if i'm not mistaken it was around 700 baht per day . Among the places that we visit is the elephant farm , chiang mai zoo ,queen sirikit botanical garden , traditional umbrella factory and other area around chiang mai which i had forgotten its name.
.
I still remember our first day dinner in chiang mai , we had grilled lobster and tom yum gung.It was quite cheap at around 900 baht and it was the best tom yum gung which we had ever tasted so far. Chiang Mai is famous for its dried longan and most of the supply of longan in thailand comes from chiang mai.

We would like to go chiang mai again and I do recommend chiang mai to all due to its uniqueness.

Daging Landak - restoran SELERA RIMBA

Siapa sangka di tengah-tengah ladang kelapa sawit boleh ada kedai makan yang jual makanan eksotik . Kalau tanpa bantuan GPS memang takkan jumpa kedai ni kat tengah-tengah ladang. Bukannya apa sebab hampir 20 km perjalanan masuk dari jalan utama , tidak ada tanda-tanda yang menunjukkan akan jumpa restoran . Yelah makin lama masuk ke kawasan ladang , rumah dan kawasan kedai pun semakin jarang , dalam hati asyik terpikir mustahil ada kedai makan di tengah-tengah kawasan sunyi macam ni . Dah lah papan tanda pun takda , tetiba di tengah-tengah ladang kelihatan kawasan penuh kenderaan tengah parking . Kereta yang parking pulak semua jenis hebat-hebat , mamat bikers pun ramai gak yang layan kedai ni.

Restoran Seri Rimba menyajikan daging-daging eksotik seperti kijang, rusa , landak , ikan tapah , udang galah xxxL size sebagai sajian . Udang Galah dia memang super size , kat malaysia ni memang susah nak dapat makan udang galah size mcm ni , bila aku cakap xxxL boleh bayangkan size dia macam udang lobster.

Ni aku nak ceritakan pasal pengalaman aku makan daging landak . Daging landak ni sebenarnya tekstur dia halus macam daging ayam tapi isi dia liat sikit . Rasanya memang sedap dan unik sikit. Daging landak disini boleh di goreng , dimasak lemak dan dimasak rendang . Kalau di buat macam steak aku rasa lebih sedap. Selain daging landak aku order jugak daging kijang , rasa daging kijang tak banyak beza macam daging rusa . Aku memang recommend restoran ni kat semua orang untuk dicuba , cuma kalau nak makan udang galah size besar kena datang awal sikit sebab permintaan tinggi dan takut habis .
